70 mm hybrid / PVC-U/aluminum hybrid system
WarmCore 70 Turn & Door for Ontario homes.
A compact hybrid system that combines a heat-insulating PVC core with an aluminum exterior look for modern window and door projects.

Profile overview
What this profile is for.
Kömmerling WarmCore 70 is different from a standard vinyl window: the thermal core does the insulation work while the aluminum surface gives the exterior a cleaner architectural appearance.
The 70 mm platform is useful where the project needs a modern aluminum look but still benefits from the insulating behavior of a PVC-based core. It can be planned for inward or outward opening versions depending on the detail.
For Ontario projects, ECOWIN treats WarmCore 70 as a hybrid design option: glass package, spacer, hardware and installation detail must all be chosen together so the system performs as well as it looks.
Key technical points
- 70 mm hybrid construction depth
- PVC core with aluminum exterior surface
- Inward and outward opening planning
- Suitable for double or triple glazing depending on configuration
- Modern color and surface options
Glass package
WarmCore 70 can be paired with double or two-chamber insulating glass depending on size and performance target. Warm edge spacers are recommended for better perimeter comfort.
Where ECOWIN would use it
Best for modern renovations and new builds where the homeowner wants an aluminum look without giving up a warmer core concept.

Plan this profile with ECOWIN.
We match the profile, two-chamber glass unit, warm spacer and installation detail to the opening instead of treating every window the same.
