The Vaughan project needed high glass areas, black architectural frames and strong thermal planning. The system package combines thermally broken Aluprof aluminum profiles, concealed and slim frame options, warm triple glazing and hardware selected for large Ontario openings.

Profile systems in the Vaughan project.
MB-86N SI+ is the main high-performance thermally insulated Aluprof window and door direction in this package. It is used where the project needs stronger aluminum frames, warm glass planning, tilt-and-turn operation and entrance door capability.
MB-86US is the concealed-sash direction from the MB-86 platform. It helps keep the exterior elevation cleaner because the operable sash is visually reduced from outside, while the inside can still use European window operation.
MB-Slimline supports the slim-frame window design where the goal is more visible glass and less visible aluminum frame, especially for contemporary openings.
MB-SkyLine Type R SI is the panoramic sliding direction for hidden-frame glass walls and very clean thresholds. It is planned where wide openings need a premium sliding experience and minimal visible frame lines.
MB-SR50N EFEKT is the structural-look mullion-transom facade direction used where the glass elevation should look more frameless from outside without standard exterior capping.
The technical package also shows Aluprof MB-59 Slide Galandage / sliding directions. These are referenced as planning options for pocket or multi-track sliding openings when the wall design and dimensions require that approach.

52-60 mm safe triple-pane tempered glass unit.
The Vaughan order was specified with TM Rozkov 52-60 mm glass panels. The package combines solar-reflective Guardian outer glass, tempered centre glass, triplex E-Low room-side glass and black warm spacer bars to support comfort, safety and clean black-frame aesthetics.
